Start your weekend in style by joining in the fun at my next Friday Night Feast!
Featuring some of my favourite foods from South America, prepare to enjoy an evening of fun, laughter and friendship - come alone or with friends - everyone is welcome.
I’ll be serving up a wide range of dishes from Peru to Patagonia, Argentina to Brazil, Ecuador and beyond - including plenty of vegetarian options too. The food of South America draws influence from Spain, Asia and India - from traditional empanadas to the freshest cebiche, from grains and potatoes to the barbecue and steak asados of the south. Round off the evening with a selection of famed South American desserts…who can’t resist dulce de leché?!
Once again, I'll be joined by the fantastic drinks expert, journalist and broadcaster Helena Nicklin who will be talking us through a guided mini tasting of some amazing South American beverages at the start of the evening!
My feast nights are fun, informal affairs - come alone or with friends and you’ll soon find yourself mingling with fellow feasters. Food’s served street-food style so you can help yourself to whatever takes your fancy - and there’s no tricky seating thing going on so you’re free to move around the room and talk to whoever you like. All the best parties happen in the kitchen and mine are no exception...imagine the best house party with the bonus of exceptional food!
Feast nights are BYO so grab a bottle of your favourite tipple and don't forget your appetite - elasticated waistbands are not compulsory but loose fitting clothing is recommended ;-)
