About the event
Whether you're a serious party organiser, dinner party host - or simply a fan of delicious bite-sized food, my one day Canapé Masterclass will teach you all the tips, tricks and recipes you need to save you time (and money) when it comes to making your own appetisers and nibbles. You'll get to eat what we make along with a glass of wine or fizz - and take home any of the food you don't manage to polish off!
The day will start with a welcome over coffee and cake (homemade of course) before a quick run through of the secrets to successful event planning.
Together we'll then make five different canapés such as:
Gallybagger gougères
Beetroot and orange cured salmon
Mini Yorkshire puds with chorizo, sun dried tomato and Parmesan
