Fine dining and feast nights

As a private chef I work on a bespoke, fine dining basis, with each of my menus designed individually for every client. I generally only send a suggested menu after speaking to you to learn more about the reason for your event, your likes and dislikes and, ever more importantly, any dietary or allergy requirements. Where possible, I prefer to create menus using in season, Isle of Wight produce - but I also have access to some excellent mainland suppliers for ingredients that prove difficult or impossible to find locally.
I also run regular themed feast nights, a chance for me to cook some of my favourite foods from around the world, with a big focus on flavour and ingredients you may not be so familiar with. I particularly enjoy Middle Eastern and Greek/Cypriot influenced cuisine - think Ottolenghi-style sharing platters and lots of colour!
Here are just some of the menus created for previous clients and feast nights. I'm delighted that many of my clients have booked me more than once (or twice!) and word of mouth bookings from guests at events I've catered for are a regular occurrence - always a good sign and a joy to be asked back!
