Whether you're trying to up your five a day - or simply come up with more inventive ways to use the contents of your veg box, this course will provide you with plenty of veggie inspiration.

We'll also cover store cupboard essentials to ensure that whatever your box contents are you'll be able to quickly and easily make the most of them and look at how to minimise food waste by using as much of the veg as possible - no need to throw your scraps away!

We'll start the day off over coffee and cake (veg-based, naturally!) and you'll enjoy a sitdown lunch with wine, enjoying some of the dishes you made earlier in the day. Bring takeaway containers for any food you make and don't eat on the day - plus you'll receive a veg box to take home so you can put what you learn into practice!
