If you’re an island resident with a penchant for wine and food, lamenting the lack of fun things to do during the winter, then listen up! Corks & Canapés is the new joint venture between the Epicurean Sailor and award-winning drinks writer Helena Nicklin aka HelenaSips, coming to you during the winter of 2025-2026.
What is Corks & Canapés?
These themed, standalone evening events combine relaxed wine and spirits masterclasses led by Helena, with sumptuous canapés professionally paired to the drinks by me, the Epicurean Sailor.
